A successful and fast growing company in the online gaming field in Tel aviv is looking for Account Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers. The Account Manager is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, account manager should build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.Key responsibilities:
• Dealing with VIP Customers by means of phone, chat, e-mail
• Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
• Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met
• Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
• Support a number of corporate communications and employee experience efforts and be responsible for overseeing internal communications strategies:
- Creating special bonus program for each player
- Creating promotions for VIP customers
- Handling complaints
- Ensure that the team is informed, connected and inspired
Qualifications and experience:
• At least 1-2 years' experience in Customer Support area (experience in gambling industry is an advantage).
• Degree level education
• Fluent English
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical reporting experience essential
• Readiness to have shift schedule (morning, evening and night shifts) Possibility to work in night shifts is must.
• Extremely detail oriented
• Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
• High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
