"An international company engaged with social networking is seeking a Director of Mobile Engineering – Relocation to London Responsibilities Lead a team of software engineers: people management, technical leadership Deliver a sleek and robust mobile application on tight schedule on multiple platforms. Ability to think strategically and drive direction for mobile development Ability to assess & analyze technology trends, and provide mobile technology insights to the management team. Drive integration with the global engineering team Education / Qualifications BS degree in engineering/computer science. Ideally a Master's or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field. Knowledge / Skills / Experience Essential: First-hand experience in mobile development in one of the following: Android/Java, iOS/Objective-C, WP7/C#, HTML5/Javascript Proven track record of successful management of a team in software engineering.
