Looking for Software Release Manager in Jerusalem

JOb Description:

Be a part of our Innovative and Energetic Professional Services Team.
Create and maintain release version for our customers.
Take responsibility for customer content, configuration and quality.

This position has high visibility; attention to details to produce high
quality work is essential.

Build a delivery new environments, upgrades and new versions, combining components from all teams.
Manage content for each environment, synchronizing branches, versions and content
Assure the functionality is installed or exposed correctly and is configured properly for each customer's
environment.
Verify required features and quality of delivery.
Properly prepare the environments before making changes and thoroughly test after delivery to ensure
it is working as expected.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Makefiles - needs to be able to operate them, understand errors and be able to read the makefile
to find a root cause.

- Windows - knowledge with windows services and msi
- Linux - basic administration knowledge level; processes, configuration etc.
Can inspect logfiles; linux text manipulation commands, regular expressions.
- Scripting ability in one of; Bash, Python.
- SVN - advanced user level, needs to be able to operate branches and manage content.
- RPM - needs to be able to read the specs (the tool's internal definitions) and make minor changes
- MySQL - basic DBA knowledge level.
- Configuration - required strong background in handling software configuration. needs to get deeply involved with our configuration, become an expert in it, investigate every aspect of it etc.
- C++ - can read code opt
- Exceptional Organizational Skills and Highly Methodical - maintain clear, complete and accurate documentation, including the list of features promised for each customer for each version, release notes level. Continuously revise the documentation to keep pace with on-going changes.
- QA personality - needs to be able to open the app in the newly-installed customer environment,
test it, see that all the required new features are there. Close all the loose ends, verify that all is ok.
Take responsibility for the delivery.?
- High-level English
- MUST commute to Jerusalem 5 days a week.
