At least 3 years professional experience as QA engineer
Relevant experience from 8200 units – big advantage
Experience testing GSM SS7 protocols – big advantage
Knowledge of IP protocols ( VOIP, TCP / IP,FTP ..) – big advantage
Knowledge in SQL – advantage
B.Sc. or higher degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering
Ability to work independently as well as with teams both locally and abroad

Responsibilities
Lead the mobile department of LivePerson
Be a highly technical, hands-on and effective people manager
Communicate across functions and drive engineering initiatives in mobile domains
Drive and lead new agile methodologies within the teams
Lead topics and designs in a highly technological environment with complex architectures
Work closely with Product management to define and execute the optimal experience for our mobile apps, and to support the roll-out of new capabilities and features
Requirements
B.Sc. or M.Sc. Computer Science or a related field
5+ years of relevant work experience, including hands-on technical management
Strong Passion for building high quality mobile applications
At least two years of experience building native mobile software for iOS or Android
Deep knowledge and understanding of the iOS SDK - advantage
Demonstrated ability to manage technical teams
Results driven, with good execution skills
