Job description:
•Assembly of inventory
•Accurate welding of small parts
•Planning, coordinating and controlling of inventory.
•Assisting with manufacturing processes.
•Inventory ordering.
•Managing and building relationship with suppliers.
•Visiting suppliers, checking the production.
•Building and implementing quality control
•Finding and sourcing new products as required
•Managing the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
•Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;
•Working out the material resources needed;
•Estimating costs and setting the quality standards;
•Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
•Involved in the pre-production and production stages of all products.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Must be a high school graduate or equivalent. Technical / mechanical diploma preferred.
Experience:
SKILLS REQUIRED: Technical background, Proficient with using tools. Knows Microsoft Office (MS Outlook and MS Word), knowledge in working with Solid preferred. Detail oriented, able to multi-task, demonstrates the ability to acquire and apply knowledge rapidly. Must be organized, independent, and work with minimal to no supervision.
Language: fluent in Hebrew is a must, English as second language is highly desirable.

Regulatory Affairs
o Provide management and leadership to the Regulatory Affairs organization in the development and implementation of regulatory strategies and processes to gain product approvals worldwide.
o Provide counsel, training and interpretation of FDA and other regulatory requirements to all company personnel.
o Oversee preparation and filing of all regulatory documents with the FDA and international regulatory agencies.
o Develop and maintain external relationships with key opinion leaders, medical directors and
regulatory officials.
o Direct the development of systems, practices and processes to ensure effective ongoing review of product design and/or manufacturing changes and adverse events.
o Provide leadership and direction for significant deviation events that may impact compliance status or significant business risk.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
o Responsible for company's product quality and reliability to meet or exceed customer expectations
o Responsible for company's Quality Compliance to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and all applicable standards worldwide.
o Develop and execute quality design and quality assurance strategy for new product development and sustaining business activities.
o Effectively create and support process enhancement initiatives to maintain an environment of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
o In support of the quality system, provide effective leadership support, training and guidance to all company personnel.
