A BA degree in any field OR a 300+ hour course in a related field (QA, Programming, System Analysis, etc…).
A good understanding and experience as a user in social media.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Junior SEO – OJT - to become SEO team leader
A
A leading internet marketing firm is looking for a talented, web-savvy and ambitious individual to join its SEO department. The right candidate will work with a very experienced group of experts in the field and will be guided and trained to become an SEO team leader in charge of a growing team (which currently has 8 members).
We are looking for someone with a passion for online marketing and the web in general. Our ideal candidate is someone who can combine his technical knowledge with a keen understanding of how content, design and SEO merge. Technical experience should include configuring, adjusting and operating third party solutions, advanced webmaster skills, knowledge of one or more - PHP, WP, .NET. Candidate should be able to write HTML and Javascript code, understand an existing HTML/JS code and follow the flow, oftentimes to guide others for these HTML/JS tasks. We are seeking an individual who is a team player but can work independently. The candidate should be a progressive thinker who is comfortable working on cutting edge projects and who isn't afraid to suggest innovative ideas and to try new things.
** Responsibilities
Operating and maintaining multiple tasks related SEO with focus on automation and customization of SEO processes
Understanding the latest SEO methods and ability to implement them on multiple websites with the help of a growing team
** Requirements
Knowledge of HTML/CSS
Experience in CMS
Ability to configure third party solutions with an extremely keen eye for details
Infectious passion for consumer web products
SEO knowledge - big advantage
Experience in email marketing - big advantage
Knowledge of other script languages - advantage
Knowledge in XSLT - advantage
Experience in Adobe products (Photoshop, Macromedia Flash) - advantage
Experience in banner management systems and Google PPC - advantage
