We are looking for talented DevOps Engineer
Responsibilities:
Managing a "DevOps" environment where you will work closely with developers: design and maintenance of high performance system architectures, and creating tools and automation, in order to enhance production stability, availability, efficiency and reliability of Marketo's services.
Develop or further existing application and system management tools and processes that reduce manual efforts.
Design and participate in the development and delivery of operability-related features such as system health monitoring, diagnostics, repair, and other self-healing automation.
Monitor the health of the fleet, automating system health, maintenance tasks, and reporting systems to accommodate rapid and increasing growth in systems and traffic.
Gain deep knowledge of our complex applications and work closely with development teams to ensure that platforms are designed with "operability" in mind.
Influence and create new designs, architectures, standards and methods for large-scale distributed systems.
Engage in service capacity planning and demand forecasting, software performance analysis and system tuning.
Assist in the roll-out and deployment by developing tools to improve our ability to rapidly deploy and effectively monitor custom applications in a large-scale UNIX environment.
Conduct periodic on call duties using a follow-the-sun model.

Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum Qualifications
BS or MS in Computer Science or related field and/or related experience (e.g. 8200 alumni)
Solid *NIX system administration experience
Strong trouble-shooting and analysis skills and problem-solving ability
Good scripting skills in one or more of Python, Ruby, Go, C++ or Java/Scala

Preferred Qualifications
Experience running and maintaining a 24x7 Internet-oriented production environment, preferably across multiple data centers
Demonstrable expertise around specifying, designing, and/or implementing system health, performance monitoring tools, and software management tools for 24x7 environments
Automation or monitoring framework experience, deployment or development
Knowledge of most of these: data structures, relational and non-relational databases, networking, Linux internals, filesystems, web architecture, and related topics
Desire to learn additional technologies and to fill in knowledge gaps as needed
Experience with Hadoop technologies is desirable
Experience working with Amazon Web Services is desirable

We're looking for experienced Data Scientist's to join our development team in Israel (Tel Aviv). The Data Scientist that will partner directly with her/his colleagues and team-members to successfully deliver on exciting new applications of predictive modeling and machine learning for digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
Leverage significant experience directly working with data to define analytics use-cases that addresses customer requirements for value generation, and partner with Data Scientists to execute on these.
Partner directly with R&D and product management to establish a scalable predictive modeling.

Desired Skills and Experience
Requirements:
· Passion for generating insights from data, with a strong familiarity with the higher-level trends in data growth and public data sets.
· Strong knowledge of statistical methods generally, and particularly in the areas of modeling and machine learning
· Experience working with distributed computing platforms, and their query interfaces, such as Spark SQL, MapReduce, PIG, and Hive.
· Preferably, experience working hands-on with large-scale data sets
· Familiarity with additional programming languages, including Python, Scala, Java.
· Experience leveraging visualization software and techniques (including d3 and Tableau), and business intelligence (BI) software, such as Microstrategy, Cognos, Pentaho, etc.
· Advanced degree in an analytical or technical field (e.g. applied mathematics, statistics, physics, computer science, operations research)
· A strong business-orientation, able to select the appropriate complex quantitative methodologies in response to specific business goals
· A team player, who is excited by and motivated by hard technical challenges
· Results-driven, self-motivated, self-starter
· Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English
· Ability to travel as-needed to meet with customers

Minimum 2 years of hands on complex C/C++ projects, preferably in developing of Front-end (Desktop),3rd party plugins, high-performance software, (again preferably) in the field of computer graphics and media.
• At least B.sc Software engineer/CS or equal professional experience with outstanding professional record.
• Solid experience with design and development of multi-threaded and cross-platform software.
•Solid experience with binary formats encoding/parsing • Ability to design architecture and implement it in software from the ground up.
• Ability to read, understand and implement algorithms from technical papers and open-source libraries.
• Solid 3D Math experience (Linear algebra and vector math).
• Multi – tasking "out of the box" thinking, ability to work independently in highly dynamic and challenging environment.
