As Affiliate Director, you will:
• Build
• Build and manage a team of Affiliates managers.
• Develop Company's strategy to reach new markets.
• Develop European traffic under CYSEC regulation.
• Responsible of the budget and creation of daily expenses reports and daily ROI reports for the management.
• Develop and improve the affiliate platform.
• Work with Publisher partners to optimize delivery and campaign performance.
• Strategize, plan, execute and optimize email, social, mobile and display campaigns.
• Prioritize execution strategy based on revenue potential.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas by prospecting for and developing industry leading Partners/Publisher relationships.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance and brand safety with publishers on an ongoing basis.
• Analyze Publisher statistics on a daily basis and to maximize revenue.
• Identify opportunities, optimize campaigns and troubleshoot issues.
• Build and manage strong client relationships.
• Meet with partners and attend industry conferences as needed.
• Implement initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, create new growth opportunities and increase ROI.
What important for us?
• Experience in Forex / Gaming / Gambling / binary options - a must
• 3 + years prior experience in Affiliate management- a must
• High English level- a must; Native English – big Advantage.
• Strong negotiation skills and business senses.
• Excellent knowledge of online media buying models including CPA, CPS, CPL, CPC, CPM etc.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a fast paced, quota driven environment.
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills and excellent attention to details.
• Strong analytic skills
• Results and goals oriented approach
• Proactive work ethic, ability to work in a fast paced, competitive, and collaborative environment.
• Strong sales, negotiation and implementation skills.
• Ability to understand and verbalize technical language involved in affiliate implementation.
