Senior Customer Support and Sales Agent

An established online gaming company in Tel Aviv is seeking a dynamic individual to lead our customer support and sales team.

The role:
• Front line support – responding to clients queries and requests via email, chat and phone
• Provide guidance and training to support and sales representatives as needed
• Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
• Implement and assist in the development of systems to ensure that service and sales goals are met
• Delegate workflow to ensure department goals are met
• Monitor team performance and provide daily and weekly reports to the Director
• Maintain and encourage a positive attitude and working environment
• Be a role model, leader and motivator for the rest of the team

Requirements:
• English – Mother Tongue level
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Previous experience managing a support and / or sales team
• Quick learner, comfortable with learning new platforms
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
• Enthusiastic with high work ethic and ability to work independently
• Flexible – Able to work nights, weekends and public holidays.
